PRINCIPAL FUNCTION
Based upon the candidate’s gifts and abilities, establish a young adult ministry and/or develop and maintain our First Impressions Team and/or oversee our small groups and/or lead in discipleship ministry. This candidate should also be able to oversee and lead in the worship ministry.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct in a specific area(s) of ministry as listed above.
• Effectively lead and develop these specific ministries that meet the needs of our church.
• Engage, equip, and encourage volunteers in the candidate’s specific areas of ministry.
• Assist the senior pastor in carrying out the church’s overall mission and purpose.
• Provide leadership, counsel, and direction to this local church with a servant’s heart.
• Able to lead worship services which include working with and developing our worship team.
• Effectively recruiting and developing our praise band.
• Plan and manage church worship services as directed by the Senior Pastor.
SALARY PACKAGE
While the specific numbers will be discussed in the first phone interview, the salary will include:
• Competitive weekly salary
• Health Insurance Allowance
• Annual bonus
• Moving expenses allowance
• Relocation allowance (security deposit, rental deposits, etc.)
