Job Title: Content Producer Level: Salary

Reports To: Brock Veth—Production Director
Hours: 40 Hours – Weekly Schedule
General Functions:
This person assists in the support and creation of the technical elements of services
and events including, video, computer graphics and animation. Some audio experience is helpful.
Supervision Received: Production Director.
Scope & Dimensions:
Interacts with all staff and volunteers to create relevant, fun and engaging church events, services and content, such as: video, and audio elements pertaining to services—across all channels. The ideal candidate is an upbeat, collaborative team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and an enthusiasm for what’s new.
What you’ll do:
1. Recruit, and develop volunteers on Production Team.
2. Must be able to shoot and edit video.
3. Create monthly schedule for production team that includes communicating with volunteers utilizing Planning Center and Rock software.
4. Assist in event design and setup. Support all aspects of audio & video production, and some graphic design knowledge preferred.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Additional duties as assigned.
2. Support in the maintenance and upgrades of production equipment.
Experience And Educational Preferences:
1. Basic knowledge of video and lighting systems, Adobe Premiere or Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator(not mandatory but helpful)
2. Media Skills: Computer- Planning Center, ProPresenter, Rock;
3. Minimum 2-3 years experience in related environment preferred.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
1. Mobile—In and out of office to ensure task completion.
2. Occasional travel—Mission trips and off-site production and special events
3. Overtime hours as required by ministry needs
4. Church staff is required to abide by the Cultural Expectations (tithe, attendance, conduct, etc.)
