Job Description

Fielder Church in Arlington TX is hiring a skilled Helpdesk Support Technician with a heart for ministry! This role will provide day-to-day IT technical support for Fielder Staff (60 people), deploy new Mac and Windows workstations, manage Windows servers, manage Ipads and devices, work with our managed service provider to resolve networking issues, administer our cloud systems such as Microsoft Office 365. As part of the Fielder IT team, this role will report to the IT Director at Fielder. This role also plays a key part in our Digital Ministry to our members through our online services and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology AND wants to use their talent to serve the Kingdom.

Weekly Commitment: Full-time. 40 hours. Sunday 8:30 – 12:30 and Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30pm. Occasionally Friday and Saturday depending on Projects. No travel.

Job duties:
• Manage Helpdesk Support tickets
• Technical Support to end users on Windows and Mac platforms
• Workstation and laptop deployment
• Apple Device management with Mosyle
• IT Asset and Equipment Inventory management and Device Lifecycle Management
• Windows and Azure Active Directory Management
• Microsoft 365 User Administration in Hybrid environment
• Management of Synology NAS Storage
• Training Fielder Staff in use of Microsoft office and other tools
• Assist IT Director with Infrastructure Projects

• Have a personal relationship with Jesus. Become a full member of Fielder Church.
• A Passion for technology and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft 365 Admin Portal.
• A Heart for serving staff and working with volunteers with a great attitude
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A Growth mindset and a quick learner. Staying up-to-date on the latest IT technology
• IT certifications, four-year college, or trade school preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus
