Job Description

Goal of Position

This position’s goal is to ensure that all care needs at EUM Church are met.

Accountabilities

• Care for people and their families through hospital visits.
• Care for families experiencing death through funerals, meals, and visitations.
• Offer pre-marital counseling and weddings.
• Offer pastoral counseling.
• Lead Traditional Worship service as site pastor.
• Participate on Care Call team.
• Participate on the preaching team.
• Manage all appropriate budgets and ministry expenses.
• Oversee prayer ministry, shut-in ministry, meal ministry, Stephen Ministry.
• Develop and build new ministries to care for families as EUM Church grows.
• Attend and participate in all pastor meetings.

• Ability to develop new programs and train, equip and empower new leaders.
