Shelter Cove Community Church

Marketing: Responsible for raising the standard of the Church's online presence through social media, taking the weekly reach from hundreds to tens of thousands. Planning/Strategizing with the Executive Team in regards to events, and future weekly activities, deciding the future path of the church in relation to the way it is perceived in the public and congregation’s eyes. Live Services: Leading & producing weekends and events, 4 adult services for 1,800 people a week, 3,300 at Easter. Lead Vox, BGV, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Drums, Keys, Band Director, FOH Engineer. Conferences: Planning and Executing annual conferences, on both the West Coast and East Coast. Production of conferences, Event Management for the running of conferences, and Hospitality of travelling speakers and coaches. Internship: Planning and implementing a Creative Arts Internship. Open to both full time and part time interns wanting to learn more about life in ministry, whilst also growing in ministry skills. Music/Production: Oversight of all Production teams. Sound, Lighting, Broadcast. Working with various software to create and execute events at a professional standard. Write and arrange charts, arrange/prepare/edit stems through Abelton Live. Prepare weekly services through Planning Center Online, and reproducing to a live format in ProPresenter. Meet weekly with Production manager and Lighting associate to proof and adjust production cues as needed. Communications: Oversight of all Communications Teams. Print, Digital, Marketing. Working with various software to create and execute events at a professional standard. Meet weekly with Communications manager and Videographer to proof and adjust communication products. Leadership: Meeting with Executive Team and Creative Arts Team weekly to discuss current production and event matters. Growing, auditioning, training and leading a team of 40+ volunteers. Scheduling staff and volunteers.
